-A unique code is provided to track your parcel along its journey Posting hours
-All INSTOCK orders are sent within 1-3 business days
-All PRE orders are sent the date of arrival. An email, will be sent to the customer, of confirmation of postage along with a tracking code.
-Xanadu postage does not operate over public holidays and weekends.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?
-Xanadu offers exchange for purchase of wrong size.
-The garment must be returned back to Xanadu HQ within 7 days of receiving the garment.
-Exchange is not valid on sale items. - Exchange is not valid on Bathers due to hygienic reasons.
-There is no second exchange on items that have already been exchanged
-All returned items must be unused items, attached along with the receipt and tags. If the items have any defects a return will not be accepted.
-We do not offer refunds (money back returns) please read our size guide carefully or contact us at [email protected] for any queries you may have regarding sizing, for more information on our exchange/return policy or to make an exchange Exchange/Return Processing.
-A refund will only be given if the garment is deemed faulty. Xanadu HQ checks ALL garments before they are sent off to minimize this risk and problem.
-Any garment needing to be exchanged and posted back to Xanadu HQ is done at the cost of the customer
-Once Xanadu HQ has received the garment the customer is returning, an exchange will be processed within 1-3 working days
-Once the exchange has been processed Xanadu HQ will post the exchanged garment back to the customer at no charge
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
-As the garments delicate, a ‘care instructions’ label is not included on the garment. However, it is included in your parcel.
-The care instructions MUST be followed to ensure premium quality and life of the garment.
-The garment can NEVER be machine-washed.
-Dry cleaning is recommended.
-Cold hand wash after use/wear with no chemicals or products.
